Book the appointment yourself from the day or week calendar, or open the order and choose 'Let borrower pick a time.'

Offered times respect working hours, days off, personal schedule blocks, existing inspections, travel buffers, lead time, and daily capacity.
- 03Send the secure invitation
Email the borrower a branded link, optionally add a personal note, and choose whether your contact card appears. You can also copy the link for another channel.
- 04Borrower chooses or replies
The borrower selects one of the live windows, adds access notes, or tells the appraiser that none of the times work. Taken slots are rechecked before booking.
- 05The order updates automatically
A confirmed time writes to the assignment, marks the inspection scheduled, records a client-visible timeline event, and notifies the appraiser and office.
- 06Take the appointment into the field
Open the assigned order in the native iPhone or iPad app for status updates, report fields, photos, GPS, room capture, sketch, and voice notes.
