1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company information, and license details. We also collect appraisal data you input into the Service, including property details, comparable sales, and narrative content.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and improve the Service, including AI-powered features such as field card assembly, narrative generation, and comparable analysis. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. AI Processing
Appraisal data may be sent to AI providers (Anthropic) for processing. This data is used solely to generate responses within the Service and is not retained by AI providers for training purposes.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI processing), and optionally ATTOM Data (property data). Each service has its own privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your appraisal data at any time using the built-in export features.
