Plans are monthly, cancel anytime, and the founding rate is protected for the first 12 paid months.

The URAR is built around UAD 3.6 sub-block authoring. Supported fields can show definitions, allowed values, and source context, and supported local H-1 checks run before package download. Coverage is still being expanded. Official portal and GSE acceptance remain external.
Yes. Send a secure scheduling offer from the order. AppraisalOS builds open windows from the assigned appraiser's working hours, days off, personal blocks, and existing appointments. The borrower books one or says none work; a successful booking updates the order and notifies the appraiser.
Yes. The native iPhone and iPad app is in private beta for assigned orders, report fields, appointment and status updates, inspection photos and GPS, supported LiDAR room capture, ANSI sketch, voice notes, push alerts, and offline sync. Public App Store availability is not being claimed yet.
Yes. The firm workflow brings assignments, appraiser fees, office messages, supervisor review, experience hours, and sign-off into the same workspace.
