- 02Parse the engagement letter
Order details parsed on intake — lender, client, subject address, and due date pre-fill the card. Loan type, intended use, effective date, and fee are confirmed by you.
- 03Triage into Intake
Orders land in Intake by default. Drag to In progress when you start. Ready to sign when done. Delivered when shipped.
- 04Due-date + SLA chips
Cards flag as they approach due. SLA warnings fire early enough to save the client call.
- 05Selected-order detail
Click any card to see the full checklist, inspection slot, MISMO status, and Aria's most recent cited note.
- 06Ship + archive
Export the package and upload it to the AMC portal yourself — direct portal delivery is on the roadmap. Mark the card Delivered and download the workfile for retention — cloud auto-sync is on the roadmap.
