For supervisor-appraisers and the trainees they work with
The bottleneck for new residential appraisers is not demand — it is the number of supervisors willing to take on a trainee. We built a workflow for the supervisor first: participation on a file, per-section signoff with coaching notes, an hours log the supervisor approves once, and a clean experience-log export the trainee carries to their state board.
Nothing about this product attests to the requirements of any state licensing board. The experience-log export is a transcript of approved hours — you are still the one responsible for satisfying your state's experience and supervision rules.
Add a trainee to your account once. Pause, resume, or end the relationship on a date. Supervised assignments inherit the link automatically.
Review a trainee's file section by section — Neighborhood, Improvements, Sales Comparison, Reconciliation, Comp Grid. Approve it, or send it back with a coaching note. Approval is immutable.
Trainee logs inspection, report, research, review, and training hours per-file. You approve or reject once. Double-counted or inflated hours are caught before they hit the export.
A downloadable ZIP (manifest + CSV + JSON + README) of approved hours across the whole relationship, date-ranged. Transcript — not a compliance certificate.
Residential certified appraisers who are willing to take on one trainee in the next 90 days. We want 25 mentors across varied states and property types. In return you get early use of the workflow and direct input on what we build next.
Licensed or trainee-level appraisers actively looking for a supervisor. Tell us your state, property-type interest, and capacity. We review every submission by hand and will only reach out if there's a reasonable pairing — we would rather say nothing than waste your time.
