The workflow

How it works, step by step.

  1. 01
    Type the address

Places Autocomplete kicks in from character one. The subject pin lands.

  2. 02
    Comps fan out

The comp grid populates from MLS + ATTOM. Each active comp gets a pin with the sale price chip.

  3. 03
    Street View loads beside

Right panel renders the Street View frame at the subject's default heading. Pan to inspect.

  4. 04
    Aerial overlay on tap

Nearmap / EagleView oblique layer loads on demand for roof, additions, and yard features.

  5. 05
    Proximity auto-feeds URAR

Distances to each comp and to the subject are written straight into the URAR Site section.
