We publish our gaps.
Nobody else does.
Every appraisal-software vendor claims "UAD 3.6 ready." None of them tell you which spec UIDs they actually emit, which they registered but don't ship, or how the count was computed. This page does — generated from the coverage telemetry in our test suite. Our tests assert floor counts against this same report, so a regression that drops coverage fails the build.

UIDs Fannie / Freddie REQUIRE on every URAR 1004.
UIDs required on specific assignment types (condo, ADU, manufactured, cost approach, etc.).
Spec-binding sections wired into the generator. The rest are in active development.
By section, every UAD 3.6 field we cover
For every URAR section, here's the count of UAD 3.6 spec UIDs we map and how many ship XML today. "Active development" means we have the binding written but the generator emit path isn't wired yet — these are tracked publicly so you can see exactly what's in flight.
What's in active development
These spec-binding sections have UIDs registered but the XML emitter isn't wired yet. Tracked here so you know what's coming — and what's blocking which assignment types.
Compare to Aivre, Total/Cotality, SFREP, ClickFORMS, ACI: none of them publish a list like this. Their "UAD 3.6 ready" badge tells you nothing about which assignment types ship clean today. We tell you.
