Drag the card onto the day. Route is optimized. The borrower gets a branded confirmation with Google Calendar invite and Aria's pre-visit questions.
- 03Capture the field
Phone-first field hub. Photos auto-tag by room. Sketch runs ANSI Z765 as you walk. Notes tie back to the subject record.
- 04Pull and rank comps
Subject + three comp slots. HPI-adjusted values. MLS + assessor + ATTOM evidence stacked on every row.
- 05Aria drafts, you approve
Neighborhood, site, and comparable commentary written with inline citations. Every claim clickable. You approve or edit — nothing ships without you.

MISMO 3.6 schema check before the XML leaves your machine. Green light or a clickable punch list.
- 07Deliver to the portal
UAD 3.6 XML + URAR PDF + photo pack, pushed back to the AMC portal (or exported to ACI / ClickFORMS if you prefer). Workfile archived to your cloud for USPAP retention.
