HPI-adjusted sale prices, source-tagged evidence on every row you've verified, and one click to include or exclude from the final reconciliation. Aria can draft a starting set of plausible comps from the subject context; you replace each with a verified MLS or public-record comp before the export gate releases.

    FHFA Housing Price Index applied by MSA and month, on the verified sale prices. Line item is visible and editable.
